It was established out of a great concern and to respond to both government and private sector programmers and structures of development previously disadvantaged and emerging contractors, SMMEs, youth, women and the disabled person in the construction industry.

VISION
- Umhlathuze Builders Emporium (pty) ltd, is aiming to develop construction industry at grass root level by ensuring that small companies are well equipped and performing to the best level of their ability. By ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and with better management structures.
- Our company is committed to involvement of local and emerging contractors or businesses within the area of operation by programming cash flow management, technical interpretation and project implementation. Sub-contracting will be recommended on any contract – to small emerging companies for development of their management, administration, technical and operational skills.
With the development programmes offered by the private sector, provincial and national government, we see a long-term investment especially in rural areas where there is great scarcity of proper basic infrastructure. People will learn to work together and plough back to the communities they live in.
